He has worked with Microsoft, contributing to innovative tech solutions and gaining hands-on experience in real-world applications, including emerging technologies like Co-pilot, AI models, etc. Having expertise in building brands, he skillfully develops powerful marketing strategies that establish a dominant and lasting presence in even the most competitive markets. Kabir has also authored and published several research papers on AI and ML, reflecting his deep interest in advancing technology through academic and practical avenues. His work bridges industry impact and scholarly insight, making him a dynamic force in the evolving management landscape.

Deeksha, our visionary founder, brings extensive legal expertise spanning criminal law, arbitration, and public policy. With advanced diplomas from NALSAR Hyderabad and NLU Bhopal, she specializes in dispute resolution and legal awareness, exemplified by her work on the “Tapas” mediation initiative. As International Relations Manager at AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organization, she led cross-border projects aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Her experience includes close collaboration with policy experts, legal institutions, LBSNAA, NALSA, and the O/o Addl. Solicitor General of India. Deeksha is also a certified Expert in Cyber Diplomacy by the United Nations, underscoring her diverse and impactful background.

With advanced certifications in international commercial arbitration and mediation, coupled with strong grounding in governance and parliamentary diplomacy, he expertly reshapes the intersection of technology, law, and public policy. Leveraging direct global engagement, he identifies critical demand-supply gaps, delivering tangible, high-impact outcomes where legal complexities meet technological frontiers. An alumnus of the University of Delhi, and got trained in various reputed institutions like The Indian Society Of International Law , The Institute Of Constitutional & Parliamentary Studies. He uniquely synthesizes theory with legal frameworks and technological disruption.

He is the founder of Growth Traders, an edtech venture that started with online financial market education and has now expanded into a full fledged offline institute. With a strong foundation in education, Vipul ventured into Web3 consultancy, working with several crypto exchanges. With extensive expertise in digital marketing, he has a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns for multiple clients across India. He excels at mastering the social media landscape, precisely targeting and engaging audiences to achieve significant results. He began his consultancy journey with Density, a now-defunct startup, where he led efforts in growth, marketing, and education. Since then, he has worked with leading platforms like CoinSwitch, Pi42, and currently serves as a Senior Consultant at CoinDCX, driving strategy and user engagement in the crypto and Web3 space.

Chirag, a passionate animal rights activist , he’s known for his effective lobbying efforts with governments and organizations. His collaborative work with numerous NGOs has driven impactful initiatives, spanning from animal rescue operations to crucial public awareness programs. He is one of the eleven members of PFA(People for Animals) across India. His broad field experience and extensive network position him to make significant contributions across various sectors.
